Job Description:
- Managing a team of 10-15 Relationship officers
- Responsible for new client acquisition and achieving the team target
- Providing necessary In house & On-field training and guidance to team members.
- Running the daily deliverable activities of the business ensuring achievement of KPIs and quality of service focus areas being: Client Acquisitions, Client Activations, RO productivity and cross selling of various products
- Building and managing customer relationships and timely resolutions of customer grievances.
- Responsible for Recruitment of Relationship officers
- Efficient Sales management: Higher productivity, low attrition and rejection control
- Cross sell of other financial Products
- Regular Visit to SBI Branches, RBOs and Liaisoning with bank officials.
- Qualification Needed: Graduation / Post Graduation (Relevant Experience of Field, Suitable qualification will be preferred)
- Relevant Experience: 3 5 years Experience in Selling Financial Products
- Age – 24 to 35 years
