Responsibilities

• Accurate posting of Patient demographic, Charge Entry or Insurance Verification transactions in the clients revenue cycle system
• Adhere to customer SLAs for accuracy, production target, and turnaround time
• Comply with information security policies
• Ability to understand the impact on customers upstream and downstream processes
• Support quality and training initiatives with a view to continuously improve services delivered
• Always Demonstrate ethical behavior

Desired Skills/Traits

• Graduate with 1-4 years of experience in Patient Demographics Entry, Insurance Verificationor Charge Entry
• Strong knowledge of medical billing concepts
• Good communication and analytical skills
