Job Description:

• Work in teams that process medical billing transactions and strive to achieve team goals.
• Process Payment Posting transactions with an accuracy rate of 99% or more.
• Absorb all business rules provided by the customer and process transactions with a high standard of accuracy and within the stipulated turnaround time.
• Actively participate in the companys learning and compliance initiatives.
• Apply your knowledge of medical billing to report performance on customer KPIs.
• Adhere to MBWs information security guidelines.
• Be in the centre of ethical behaviour and never on the sidelines

Roles and Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility of a Sr. Associate would be achieving daily KRAs assigned to him / her not limited to following
• Quality Complete production with minimal deviation or TOS Need to adhere to shift schedule, productive time on system.

Note: Preference will be provided to candidates who can join immediately and/or candidates who have minimal notice period.
