Roles and Responsibilities:

• Initiate telephone calls to insurance companies requesting status of claims for the outstanding balances on patient accounts and taking appropriate actions.
• Must possess good communication skills with neutral accent.
• Must be flexible and should have a positive attitude towards work.
• Must be willing to work in Night Shifts.

• Comfortable with night shift
• Comfortable with WFO-Work from office
• Having excellent English communication
• Ready to join immediately.
