Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive who can independently handle enquiries, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales coordination for solar rooftop projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming leads and convert enquiries into orders
• Conduct client meetings and coordinate site visits
• Prepare and follow up on proposals
• Maintain CRM and sales pipeline discipline
• Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth execution

Eligibility:

• Experience in Solar / Electrical / EPC industry preferred
• Strong communication skills (Marathi & English)
• Comfortable with field visits and client negotiations
• Working knowledge of CRM, Excel, and follow-up processes
