Job Description:
- Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in Retail/Commercial payment processing, investigation and dispute management.
- Familiar with SWIFT MT 1 and 2 series messages.
- Ability to read and understand SWIFT MT103 and MT202.
- Familiar with payment gateways, knowledge of payment methods like Direct Debit, ACH, RTGS etc. will be added advantage.
- Ability to work and prioritize in a fast paced environment.
- Good PC and data entry skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
