• Graduate and above with min. 12 months experience or HSC with min. 18 months experience, max. 12 years in contact center industry
• International customer service (voice) experience preferred
• Candidates with excellent communication skills from any industry welcome
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
• Salary credit via bank from all employers (No Cash in hand)
