Job Description for the role of Citizen Service Executive:
- Processing of Application for the Walkin applicants for the passport application.
- Verification and Processing of applications
- Handling the queries and processing of the applications like taking their photo and fingerprints as a part of the application process.
Selection Criteria for the role of Citizen Service Executive
- Minimum qualification for the PSK operator shall be a full time Graduate degree from a Government recognized university with at least 2 years of data processing experience.
- The PSK operators should be fluent in English, Hindi and local language of respective state where PSK is situated.
- Should have a certificate from any recognized computer institute showing that that he/she knows the basic computer operations and office packages like MS Office etc.
