Job Description:

Role & responsibilities

• Act as the first level of support (L1) for incoming incidents, service requests, and queries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing tools Log, categorize, prioritize, and track incidents and requests in the service management system
• Provide basic troubleshooting and resolution for standard issues using predefined SOPs and knowledge articles
• Monitor alerts, dashboards, and system notifications during assigned shifts
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to L2/L3 teams with complete and accurate documentation
• Ensure adherence to SLA, quality, and compliance requirements
• Perform user account-related activities such as password resets, access requests, and basic configuration tasks (as per access rights)
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, providing regular updates on ticket status
• Follow shift handover procedures to ensure continuity of support in a 24/7 environment
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to knowledge base updates and process improvements
• Maintain data confidentiality and comply with information security policies
