Must-Have
- 4+ years of Workday HCM experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Core HCM, Business Process Configuration, Security, Reporting (Advanced & Calculated Fields)
- Experience working in on-premise or hybrid environments
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Good-to-Have
- Lead and support Workday HCM implementations and enhancements
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday HCM configurations
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to support core HCM operations, data integrity, and reporting
- Manage change requests, troubleshoot issues, and support integrations with third-party systems
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and security standards
- Conduct testing, training, and documentation as needed
