We are currently having openings in our Voice Process (L2) 100% work from office.With fixed salary & permanent hiring.
Job Profile:
Have to resolute customers query Voice Call
Mandatory Criteria:
- Min HS Passed.
- Only experienced can apply
- Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI for Voice
process - Should have not applied for any Flipkart interview in last 3 month
- Customer orientation.
- Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
- No planned leave for upcoming 3 month after joining
- 10 hours of the day, 9 hrs. work and 1 hour break
- 5 days working (rotational week off)
- Should have a typing speed of 25WPM with 90% accuracy
