Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and provide information.
• Explaining about products.
• Handling calls related to quires, survey and feedback.
• Handling enquiry and service calls.
• Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.

• Basic English and good communication skills in Malayalam/Tamil.
• Freshers and experienced can apply.
