Requirements:
- A graduate with 18+ months of relevant experience in international (TECHNICAL) voice process & overall 18 months of experience is mandatory
- Strong communication.
- Candidates with prior experience in technical support will give an add on advantage.
- Comfortable with Night Shifts.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (L1&L2 support).
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Key skills:
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Should have good technical knowledge on IPS, router, modem. Networking concepts like DNS, DHCP, IP address, MAC address, firewall.
- Candidates should have inbound calling experience.
