Job Description:

Role & responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications using APIs and web services.
  • Customize, configure, and develop solutions specifically for Sales and Service Cloud functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot and fix bugs, test stability, and ensure the quality of code delivered.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
  • Lead code reviews and establish coding standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Salesforce.
  • Development: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud & Experience Cloud
  • Integration: Experience with integrating Salesforce using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Platform Knowledge: Understanding of the Salesforce data model, standard/custom objects, and security models (e.g., FLS, sharing).
  • Certifications: Salesforce Sales cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification is often preferred or required.
  • Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • Other Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
