Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Collecting, cleaning, and analysing large datasets using statistical software and tools, such as R and Python.
- Creating and maintaining data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate insights and trends to stakeholders.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
- Conducting ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions and strategies.
- Developing and maintaining data quality standards and processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
- Communicating complex data findings in clear and concise language to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in at least one statistical programming language, such as R or Python.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and techniques, such as ETL and data modelling.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with machine learning and predictive modelling techniques is a plus.
