Job Description:

• Willingness to work in night shift
• Willingness to work on Public holidays & rotational weekly offs
• Must have decent verbal & written English speaking skills. Must be able to understand English and communicate effectively.
• Graduates in any stream are fine.(No PGs and No BTech/BEs)
• We are looking for quick learners ( gauge that with their marks, situational questions etc)
• Non Voice process and hence typing skills is a must !! (typing speed must have systems at home)
• Monotonous work/ long hours in front of the computer. Should be able to work in this environment
• Try taking people who sound genuine & hardworking & self motivated
• People from Karnataka must travel to the base location at short notice or even move if required.
• Even if it’s a WFH environment for now they need to be accessible at all times and their performance will be monitored throughout the day. Will be terminated if they think of dual employment
• Must possess Broadband connection and power backup is must during WFH setup to avoid

Laptop is mandatory for this process, but please do not carry the laptop to walk-in drive.
