Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle international customer calls, emails, and chats to provide exceptional customer service.
- Resolve customer queries related to products/services in a timely and efficient manner.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling/upselling of relevant products/services to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
- 1-3 years of experience in BPO industry or similar field (international voice process).
- Strong networking skills for effective collaboration within the team.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts (24×7) as required by business needs.
