Key Responsibilities
Core Sales Focus: Achieve a monthly target of 30 Credit Card issuances through consistent sourcing.
Channel Management: Activate and manage the DSA channel while collaborating with the Branch channel to generate high-quality leads.
Cross-Selling portfolio: Identify customer needs and cross-sell Insurance (Life & General), Loans (Personal, Business, Mortgage), and Demat accounts.
Relationship Sourcing: Build and maintain strong relationships with open-market customers, existing bank account holders, and channel partners.
Compliance & Quality: Ensure strict adherence to bank documentation norms, KYC guidelines, and compliance standards to maintain clean sourcing portfolio quality.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Graduate in any discipline (Any Bachelors Degree).
Experience: Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in banking, NBFC, or financial services sales (experience in Credit Cards, Loans, or Insurance sales is highly preferred).
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills with a strong target-driven mindset.
