Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Generate new business by identifying potential clients through channels like referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- Client Consultation : Advise clients on suitable home loan options based on their financial situation and help them select the best-fit product.
- Application Management : Guide clients through the entire home loan application process, from gathering required documents to ensuring timely and accurate submission.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources.
- Compliance & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, competitor offerings, lending regulations, and company policies.
- Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service to clients, keeping them informed about their application status and addressing any concerns.
