We’re Hiring: Underwriters & Senior Underwriters!
Are you an experienced Underwriter looking to join a dynamic team? We are looking for Underwriters and Senior Underwriters to support our mortgage and loan underwriting services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate credit reports, verify financial data, and assess loan documents.
• Perform thorough credit analysis based on the 4Cs of Underwriting (Income, Assets, Liabilities, Collateral).
• Process loan documents, ensure compliance with FNMA, FHLMC, and other investor guidelines.
• Provide top-notch customer service by resolving queries and delivering timely solutions.
• Ensure accurate processing and validation of loan applications.

Ideal Candidate:

• Education: Any Graduation
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in underwriting or related fields
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Knowledge: Understanding of FNMA, FHLMC, and GNMA investor guidelines is a plus
• Attributes: Self-motivated, hardworking, and customer-focused
