Job Description:

Hiring & Recruitment

  • Lead bulk hiring for Picker Packers, Loader Unloaders and other frontline workforce.
  • Conduct field recruitment drives, vendor coordination, and community sourcing.
  • Screen candidates, verify documents, and ensure compliance with hiring guidelines.

Business Partnering & HR Operations

  • Partner with hub managers and operations leaders to align HR strategies with manpower needs.
  • Manage onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
  • Ensure smooth payroll and benefits administration.

Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Drive engagement activities and recognition programs.
  • Conduct feedback sessions and implement retention strategies to reduce attrition.

Performance Management & Compliance

  • Support performance reviews and coach managers on feedback.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, minimum wage norms, ESI/PF, and statutory compliance.
  • Maintain HR dashboards, hiring trackers, and weekly reports for stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 2 to 5 years in HRBP/Recruitment roles, with strong exposure to blue-collar hiring (logistics, e-commerce, staffing preferred).
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Skills:

  • Strong communication in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
  • Ability to manage bulk hiring, vendor negotiations, and HR initiatives.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel across hub locations in Bengaluru.
  • Must have a bike and smartphone for field HR activities.
