Job Description:
- Assist in the implementation of optimization model recommendations for Mad Dog into the work management system (SAP PM). Expectation is that new PMs and changes to PMs will be execution ready.
- Quality review of packaging output from equipment strategy system of record tool.
- As required post packaging output review,
- Create new PMs in OnePM.
- Modify existing PMs in OnePM.
- Identify required materials for execution and master them into the work management system (SAP PM).
- Identify areas of opportunity to nest / group, route, etc. activities
- Coordinate with Offshore Maintenance Personnel for feedback as needed
- Consult with OEM for recommended maintenance procedures, Bill of Material (BOM), etc. as needed.
- Support PDU quality reviews of finalized product. Skills-set
- Experience in Maintenance, Inspection and Turnaround.
- Experience with planning preventive and corrective maintenance activity in work management systems (SAP PM)
- Experience with execution of maintenance activity
- Experience with maintenance planning and scheduling tools, control of work, and safety processes.
- Experience with OnePM is helpful but not required
- Familiar with relevant industry codes and standards (e.g., API, ASME, ISO) Qualification
- Engineering degree in any of the engineering disciplines (preferred Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering)
- 7-10 years of experience total and relevant experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or Chemical Industry
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams with Fluency in the English language
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and curious.
- Leadership skills to lead and train others
