Job Description:

Job Description: CRM and Email Specialist

Essential Functions:

  • Build / develop email campaigns per briefs created by the regional Campaign Leads
  • Provide feedback on content being delivered as it relates to deliverability, user experience and impacts on campaign setup
  • Build segmentation based on criteria established by the campaign leads
  • QA the campaigns and be responsible for final delivery
  • Schedule the deployments and confirm site is ready (products live, etc.) for campaign deployment

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of overall experience with 3+ years hands-on email marketing specific project management experience
  • Major hands-on experience in a major ESP (For example, Salesforce, Klaviyo, or any others)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong project/time management skills
  • Experience with ecommerce retail brands is preferred, but not required

Job Description: SEO Specialist

  • Regional keyword research and trend research
  • On-page copy creation, launch, and optimization
  • Organic search reporting and analysis
  • Ability to write content and translate content into regional languages will be necessary here.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and internal linking structure.
  • Implement AI Optimization (AIO) strategies to enhance content relevance and user engagement using AI-powered tools.
  • Collaborate with content creators and developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend fixes for crawl errors, site speed, mobile usability, etc.

Requirements:

  • Product uploads, taxonomy mapping, and attribute tagging for new launches.
  • Implement category changes, seasonal refreshes, and cross-sell modules based on briefs.
  • Apply site search adjustments, boost/bury rules, and product sequencing to reflect regional strategies.
  • Configure and QA promo-specific assortments and ensure alignment with creative/content execution.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of overall experience with 3+ years hands-on product setup experience in online channels
  • Experience in performing merchandising operations in commerce platforms like Salesforce Commerce cloud, SAP Hybris

The Campaign Reporting Analyst is responsible for delivering actionable insights through accurate and timely reporting of marketing campaigns. This role involves analyzing campaign performance, building dashboards, and providing recommendations to optimize marketing ROI and customer engagement.

Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple marketing channels (email, paid media, social, CRM).

Reporting & Dashboards:
