Job Description:
- On Role: Customer Support Associate – Calls and Email support.
- Nature of Job: Resolving the queries of the customer via calls, Email and Chat.
- Qualification: Graduates or under graduates.
- Should have good communication in “North Hindi and English” for voice process.
- Should have good communication in English for Non-voice process.
- Should have basic knowledge about Customer Support roles and responsibilities.
- Fixed day shifts with two rotational week off
