Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage workforce management operations, including scheduling, rostering, and real-time analysis.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in service level agreements (SLAs) and shrinkage.
- Develop and maintain capacity plans to optimize resource utilization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues related to staffing levels, skill mix, and overtime costs.
- Provide regular reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time performance, first-call resolution rates, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in Workforce Management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of WFM principles, including scheduling software applications like RTA/Rostering tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
- Effective communication skills with ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
