Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Develop and optimize ETL processes using Python, SQL, and GCP-native services.
• Work with structured and unstructured data, ensuring high data quality and integrity.
• Implement efficient data ingestion using GCP Pub/Sub and streaming/batch processing frameworks.
• Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions.
• Build and maintain data models, ensuring efficient storage, retrieval, and transformation.
• Run performance tuning, data validation, and pipeline optimization.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards.

Mandatory Skills:

• Python programming (data manipulation, automation, pipeline development).
• Strong SQL (complex queries, optimization, window functions, joins).
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services (e.g., BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Cloud Composer).
• Solid programming skills with the ability to write clean, scalable, reusable code.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Pub/Sub for real-time data ingestion.
• Exposure to Big Data technologies such as Dataflow, Dataproc, Spark, or Hadoop.
• Knowledge of ETL tools and processes.
• Experience building data pipelines and workflow orchestration (Cloud Composer/Airflow).
• Good understanding of data modeling, schema design, and data warehousing principles.
