Job Description:

IT Candidate Sourcing:

  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (including Boolean search, X-ray search, social media, niche job boards, and talent communities) to identify potential candidates for various IT roles.
  • Leverage platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Shine, Monster and other technology-specific channels to find passive and active candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of highly qualified candidates, particularly for hard-to-fill IT roles.

Collaboration with IT Recruiters and Hiring Managers:

  • Partner with IT recruiters and hiring managers to fully understand the technical requirements and nuances of each role.
  • Assist in creating clear and compelling job descriptions that attract top-tier IT talent.
  • Provide insights into the talent market, competitive salary data, and trends in the IT industry.

Engagement and Relationship Building:

  • Initiate direct outreach via email, phone, and social media to engage candidates and promote job opportunities.
  • Cultivate relationships with passive candidates, keeping them engaged for future opportunities.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with potential candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Technical Screening Support:

  • Conduct initial screening to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and interest in the role.
  • Provide recruiters and hiring managers with detailed candidate profiles, including technical assessments when applicable.
  • Proven experience as an IT Sourcer, Technical Recruiter, or similar role with a focus on sourcing IT professionals (4+ years).

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Testing demands, (e.g., Selenium Java API Rest Assure, Playwright with Typescript/Javascript, Selenium Python, TOSCA, Mobile Automation)
    Proficient in Boolean search and other advanced sourcing techniques to find qualified IT talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with technical candidates.
  • Ability to assess technical qualifications and effectively communicate these to recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
