Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive to manage vendor payments, invoice processing, and reconciliation. The role ensures timely and accurate processing of payables while maintaining compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Role & responsibilities

  • Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Verify invoices against PO, GRN, and contracts
  • Maintain vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare and process payments (NEFT / RTGS / Cheque)
  • Coordinate with purchase and stores teams for invoice approvals
  • Perform vendor reconciliation and follow up on outstanding items
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
  • Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
  • Assist in month-end closing and audit requirements
  • Respond to vendor queries related to payments

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
  • Proven experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role
  • Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
  • Proficient in English, Hindi & Tamil
