Sutherland is hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process (client name confidential). The role involves handling inbound customer calls and providing effective resolutions while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound voice calls from international customers
• Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
• Follow company policies and quality guidelines

Salary & Benefits – Freshers: 20,000 CTC | Experienced: Up to 30,000 CTC | Travel Allowance: 3,550 (if commute managed both ways by self) | Monthly Incentives: 2,750 | Overtime Pay: Up to 400 per hour | Patty Incentives: Up to 18,000
