Role & responsibilities:

• Engage and assist walk in Customers to understand EMI Schemes and eligiblity
• Generate Leads and convert them into successful loan applications
• Achieve Monthly targets for loan disbursement and conversions
• Ensure Adherence to company policies, Compliance and KYC Norms
• Collect and Verify customer documents such as ID Proof, Income Proof and invoices.
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills

Qualification & Experience:

• 12th Pass Graduate in any discipline
• Experience 0-3 years in Consumer finance, NBFC, Banking,or retail sales Preferred.
• Freshers with strong sales Aptitude are welcome
