- Dynamics 365 CRM configuration, customization, and solution design
- Strong development background in .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL Server
- Building and deploying plugins, custom workflows, actions, scripting, and form automation
- Power Platform: Power Automate, ModelDriven Apps, Canvas Apps, Flows
- Azure Integrations: Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Web Jobs
- Experience delivering full project lifecycle implementations and CRM support
- SSRS report development using SQL & FetchXML
- Skilled in data migration, ETL, and CRM data modeling
