Job Description:

Role & responsibilities

• Manage endtoend collections by calling, emailing, and arranging payments with B2B customers while ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Prepare and review AR documents including adjustments, account statements, reminder letters, and other collectionrelated administrative work.
• Ensure invoice accuracy in the AR system and collaborate with Billing, Credit, Sales, and Cash Application teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication on collection issues, short payments, and disputes.
• Escalate unresolved items to management within agreed timelines and follow through until closure.
• Respond to all internal and external emails within the defined TAT while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork, adaptability, and timemanagement skills especially during monthend/quarterend close.
• Utilize ERP and MS Office tools effectively (Oracle preferred) with 2+ years of B2B collections experience; bachelors degree preferred.
