Job Description:
Role & responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls (International voice process) with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer queries related to billing and technical issues, account-related queries, and product/services information.
- Escalate complex queries to higher-level support teams while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 1 Year of experience in international voice/blended process.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Willing to work in US shift.
- Strong Problem – solving skills and customer – oriented approach.
- Undergraduate or Graduate from any stream.
