Designer:

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for 3-6 years of overall experience

  • UI/UX, Graphic design, Adobe photoshop, Figma, Illustrator
  • Create compelling visual design and interaction design
  • Strong understanding of design systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Use analytics to shape design recommendations
  • Guide/mentor fellow designers
  • Anticipate user needs, and suggest ways for the business to address them
  • Must be comfortable presenting to other stakeholders, hammering out ideas with them, and helping them find better ways to do things.
  • Participate in the design teams process and decision-making including planning, prioritizing, and scheduling.
  • Participate in concept sessions leveraging ethnographic research and design thinking.
  • Coordinate with client and internal stakeholders for project schedules, quality requirements
  • Stay abreast of new trends in content and technology in the video production communities and suggest new ways to implement these trends/technologies

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for 5-10 years of overall experience

  • Min. 3-5 years of experience leading team of developers
  • Agile project management
  • Exceptional leadership skills, Communications skills & Client Management skills
  • Strong customer service, team development, problem solving skills and adaptability to changing environments
  • CMS: Recent experience working with a CMS
  • OS: At least Basic Linux, Windows Server 2003/2008, XP, Vista, 7
  • Programming languages: HTML/HTML 5, CSS/CSS3, javascript, JSOO, Jquery and Jquery Mobile, Responsive design
  • Databases: My SQL
  • Tagging/Tracking: Google Analytics, Atlas, Webtrends
  • Other Tools: Microsoft Office Excel (advanced) for data analytics, Subversion
  • Flexible with shifts
