Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Hub, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting customer expectations.
• Oversee last mile delivery team, including scheduling, tracking, and resolving issues related to logistics operations.
• Ensure seamless coordination between hubs and warehouses for smooth supply chain management.
• Monitor inventory levels, identify stock discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal inventory management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve overall efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in Hub Operations or Last Mile Delivery role.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders (Hub In charge) & external customers.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks effectively.
