We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated fresh graduates for the Payment Posting process in the US Healthcare Medical Billing domain. The candidate will be responsible for accurate posting of insurance and patient payments, reconciliation of accounts, and identifying payment variances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post payments received from insurance companies and patients.
• Work on ERA (Electronic Remittance Advice) and EOB (Explanation of Benefits).
• Identify contractual adjustments, denials, and underpayments.
• Ensure accurate posting of payments, adjustments, and write-offs.
• Reconcile daily payment transactions.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate issues to the appropriate team.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Medical Billing / Payment Posting (preferred).
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

Educational Qualification:
