Job Description:

• Reviewing and technical data extraction from the PFD, P&IDs, SLD, GA drawing, Cross section drawing, Performance curve, technical data sheet etc.
• Knowledge of all Enterprise Data in the SAP.
• Preparing PM Master data like Function location, Equipment, Maintenace plan, Task list, Bill of Materials, Catalogue profile, Class and Characteristics etc.
• Awareness about all kind of Maintenance like Breakdown, Calibration, Corrective, Condition Monitoring, Predictive, Preventive etc.
• Hands on experience in Plant Maintenace Area, Monitoring all the Notifications, Maintenance Work Orders, Purchase requisition, Inventory Management.
• Technical Knowledge about Plant equipment like Piping and fittings, Valves, Pumps, Heat exchangers, Vessels, Chiller, Distillation column, Motors, Transmitters, Sensors, Detectors etc.
• Preparation of Material Master for all the Plant equipment with technical specification as per ASME/API/ASTM Code and standards.
• Awareness of the statutory, safety and regulatory compliance and all the plant practices.
• Hands on Experience in SAP MM/SAP PM/CMMS/ Document Management System etc.
• Awareness about Purchase requisition, Purchase orders, Quotations, contract Management, Service Master, Service entry sheet etc.
• Implementation of Master Data Management/Master Data Governance in SAP MM and PM.
• Good communication Skills for the client facing roles.
• Data Analysis and representation using Microsoft Excel, Access, Power Bi, SQL etc.
• Hands on experience working on SAP S4HANA
• Certification with ERP software and Data Analysis will be preferred
