Position summary:
1. Inventory & Analysis:
Sales Planning Executive: The Sales Planning Account Manager (Sales Enablement & Support Analyst) plays a critical role in supporting sales execution, inventory planning, and revenue integrity by maintaining accurate attendance, box office, inventory, and delivery data across internal systems. This role partners closely with Sales Planning, Inventory, Campaign Management, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure forecasts, pacing, posts, billing, and makegood processes are supported with timely and accurate data. The successful candidate is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working across multiple data sources and systems in a deadline-driven environment.
2. Pricing & Planning – Executive:
The Pricing & Planning Executive is responsible for pricing governance, inventory planning, proposal development, and revenue integrity across national, local, programmatic, sponsorship, barter, and investment advertising deals. This role serves as a central partner to Sales, Research, Finance, Campaign Management, Marketing, and Programmatic teams to ensure proposals are feasible, priced appropriately, approved correctly, and executed in alignment with inventory availability and revenue objectives. This position operates in a high-volume, seasonal environment and plays a critical role in protecting downstream revenue recognition, measurement feasibility, and inventory yield. The successful candidate combines strong analytical skills with operational rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and sound business judgment.
3. Local Sales Executive (BDRs) / National Sales Executive (sales coordinator:
The Sales Operations & Account Support Executive supports both National and Local Sales teams by managing CRM workflows, RFP intake, proposal and order processing, campaign delivery coordination, and day-to-day sales enablement activities. This role ensures operational excellence across the sales lifecyclefrom lead intake and proposal development through campaign delivery support, billing coordination, and post-campaign reconciliation. This position partners closely with Account Directors, Inside Sales, Planning, Inventory, Finance, and Campaign Management teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, service-focused, and comfortable supporting both enterprise-level sales motions and high-volume local and self-serve sales channels
4. Data & Innovation – Digital Ad Ops Executive:
The Digital Ad Operations role is responsible for end-to-end execution and stewardship of digital advertising campaigns across Locality / AI Digital platforms, including trafficking, QA, launch, delivery monitoring, pacing management, reporting, and close-out reconciliation. The role also supports programmatic operations and deal execution across SSP/DSP partners where applicable (PG, PMP, and open exchange), acting as an operational escalation point for complex delivery, auction, and configuration issues. This position partners closely with Sales, Account Management, Planning, Finance, and external agencies/vendors to ensure campaigns launch on time, deliver in full, and are measured and reported accurately.
5. Data & Innovation – Strategic I & A Executive (Ad sales research):
The Ad Sales Research role supports revenue generation by translating audience, performance, and competitive intelligence into compelling, data-backed sales narratives and actionable insights. This position partners with National and Regional/Local Sales, Marketing Solutions, Pricing & Planning, Inventory, and third-party measurement providers to design measurement studies, deliver analyses, build sales-ready POVs and case studies, and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting. The successful candidate is analytical and detail-oriented, can manage competing requests and deadlines, and is able to communicate complex research findings in clear, client-friendly language.
6. Marketing Solutions Executive The Marketing Solutions manager is a highly visible role on the ad sales marketing team, which is focused on supporting revenue generation. We are seeking a creative, dynamic, detail-oriented individual with very strong verbal and written communication skills and a proven ability to develop impactful ideas and bring them to life. This person will be responsible for the strategic development and maintenance of sales and marketing materials as well as creating custom solutions for advertisers, responding to RFPs, and handling requests from account directors. A component of this role includes ideating and executing experiential and custom branded content programs as part of our bespoke marketing solutions. The successful candidate is a highly organized multi-tasker who is adept at cross-functional collaboration and excels in a fast-paced environment. The role is a balance of strategic thinking and tactical execution, requiring creative ideas, punchy writing, proactivity, and a positive, go-getter attitude. This person will work hand in hand with sales, planning, research, and the fully integrated marketing and creative team. The role requires experience working with media/ad sales teams and the media/marketing industry at large.
