Job Description:

• Participate in full-life cycle development efforts which are based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Understand the architecture requirements to provide scalable solutions using D365 application and it’s extended with custom application (if required)
• Understand the business and functional requirements, work with various stakeholders to deliver the given requirements per defined coding standards
• Take ownership of the code/design and perform code reviews for the timely completion of high quality, well designed and well written code.
• Interact independently with client and onsite team for all aspects of solution and design reviews.
• Collaborate with different integrated systems with CRM to support the migration activities for the existing interfaces.
• Quality assurance and user acceptance test support, Involve in solution deployment in non-prod and production environments.
• Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM).
• Strong understanding of CRM modules: Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Cases, Activities, etc.
• Experience with Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse.
• Ability to interpret business processes and propose CRM-based solutions.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
