Job Description:

Commercial Loan Fulfilment

• Execute end-to-end commercial loan onboarding including documentation validation and deal setup
• Ensure alignment of loan setup with credit approvals and compliance standards
• Perform accurate and timely loan booking, funding, and post-booking quality checks
• Support smooth execution of lending operations across middle and back-office functions
• Develop and deliver core banking solutions for key processes such as:
• Account management
• Interest calculations
• Cash deposits and withdrawals
• Customer and product management

Commercial Loan Servicing

• Perform daily servicing activities for bilateral and participation loans, including fundings, renewals, paydowns, interest capitalization, and rate adjustments.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates in servicing systems (Loan IQ, AFS, ACBS, nCino, or equivalent).
• Manage both agented and non-agented participation structures, ensuring accurate communication and fund flows between participating institutions.
• For agented deals, act as operational point of contact for participant banksmanaging notices, interest rate resets, and remittance schedules.
• Review and validate loan setups, amendments, and servicing data against executed agreements.
• Maintain complete servicing records, notices, and payment advices for audit readiness.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, credit terms, and U.S. regulatory requirements (FDIC, OCC, SOX, etc.).
• Identify and escalate discrepancies or potential control breaches promptly.
• Support internal and external audits, control testing, and compliance reviews.

IT Application Automated Control Testing

• Candidates with relevant experience on ITAC, Internal auditing, certified system auditor
• Candidates with certification on CISA & NIST will be added advantage
