Job Description:
Job Requirements
- 3 to 8 Years of experience in Finance and Accounting domain.
- Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting principles.
- Solid knowledge of core accounting concepts, processes, and financial workflows.
- Ability to apply domain knowledge to operational tasks, reconciliations, reporting, and analysis within capital market environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness and flexibility to work in rotational and night shifts based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, review, analyze, and interpret financial statements and broker reports of large global corporations across multiple markets.
- Extract and capture key financial data points from Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements, such as Revenue, Net Income, EPS, Weighted Average Shares, Income Before Tax, Income Tax, onetime charges etc, ensuring timely and accurate inputs for earnings processes.
- Ensure full compliance with global accounting standards, including US GAAP and IFRS.
- Perform transactionbased and rulebased processing activities, including data verification, accuracy checks, formatting, posting, and preparing outputs such as reconciliations (system-to-system, balancing, open item management) and financial reports.
- Extract and document future estimates and guidance from press releases, earnings calls, and company presentations.
- Carry out numberbased analysis on specific line items across the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
Finance and Accounting
- Stock Market, Equity / Fixed Income, Financial Planning and Analysis
