Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities through open market research, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct field sales activities to promote home loans, housing loan, mortgage loans, and other financial products.
- Develop a deep understanding of client’s requirements and preferences to deliver personalized service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues efficiently.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-4 years of experience in banking or finance industry (preferably in Home Loans & Mortgages).
- Strong knowledge of home finance concepts such as LAP (Loan Against Property), HL (Housing Loan), ML (Mortgage Loan) etc.
- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with clients.
- Ability to work independently in an open market environment with minimal supervision.
