Job Description:
Eligibility:
- Any Graduate
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support (voice/chat/email)
- Strong communication & comprehension skills
- Minimum typing speed: 30 WPM
- Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts and handling sensitive content
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate user-generated content (text, image, video, audio) per client guidelines
- Investigate and resolve issues flagged by users or systems
- Provide customer support via live chat, email, and calls
- Handle content escalations, ensure quality & compliance
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams and follow escalation protocols
