Job Description:

Eligibility:

• Any Graduate
• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support (voice/chat/email)
• Strong communication & comprehension skills
• Minimum typing speed: 30 WPM
• Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts and handling sensitive content

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate user-generated content (text, image, video, audio) per client guidelines
• Investigate and resolve issues flagged by users or systems
• Provide customer support via live chat, email, and calls
• Handle content escalations, ensure quality & compliance
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams and follow escalation protocols

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in B2C customer service
• Knowledge of online advertising is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, emotional resilience & critical thinking
• Familiarity with Trust & Safety operations or content review processes
