Job Responsibilities
Promote and sell banking and financial products.
Generate new leads through field visits, references and assigned leads.
Contact prospective customers and explain product benefits.
Acquire new customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
Conduct customer visits and market activities.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Collect basic KYC documents from customers.
Coordinate with the concerned team for application processing.
Maintain daily sales activity and customer follow-up records.
Provide proper pre-sales and post-sales support.
Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
Candidate Profile
Qualification: Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
Experience: Freshers can apply.
Previous BFSI / Banking / NBFC sales experience is an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Willing to work in field sales.
Two-wheeler preferred for field roles.
Immediate Joiners preferred.
