Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Virtual Relationship Manager to manage our NRI portfolio. The role involves premium service delivery, revenue generation through cross-sell and up-sell, and deepening customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve revenue targets (IPG and cross-sell) from mapped NRI customers.
• Provide premium customer service and manage client relationships.
• Drive CASA deepening, NTB lead generation, and NDIAS services.
• Cross-sell investment, asset, card, and liability products.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory guidelines.
• Use digital tools and systems for end-to-end client support.

Key Relationships:

• Internal: Business, HR, IT, Ops, Risk, Compliance, Marketing
• External: Manpower Vendors, Digital Agencies

Required Competencies:

• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of retail banking and digital channels.
• Excellent communication in English and local language.
• Proven lead generation and conversion abilities.
• High sales orientation and ability to meet targets.
• Teamwork, resilience, and motivation to build new functions.
• Familiarity with Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, and structured products.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognized institution.
• 25 years of relevant experience in BFSI sector.
