Job Description ( Designer ):

Roles & Responsibility:

• Creative design is a process that uses digital and physical design tools and core design training to create comps and final art that bring creative concepts to life for marketing purposes.
• Proven experience in graphic design or creative production, ideally in an adaptation or localization environment.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
• Experience with project management tools and collaborative platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems
• You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
• The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others
• You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work

• The Adaptation designer is responsible for adapting master creative assets into various formats and specifications, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines. • In-depth knowledge of the SFCC and Sitecore framework and data flow within the eCommerce domain.
• Proficient in HTML (4 & 5) and CSS (3) at an intermediate level.
