About Liability Sales:

The Liability Sales department at Axis Bank focuses on acquiring liabilities, managing assets, and driving the retail forex business. With a network of over 2700 branches, the team is responsible for sourcing retail and corporate deposits, salary and non-salary accounts, trust accounts, and forex business, with the objective of growing the banks retail book.

About the Role:

As an Assistant Manager Sales, you will be part of the banks frontline sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to acquire new corporate salary accounts and explore new business opportunities. You will engage with employees of corporate clients to offer banking products and services tailored to their needs, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new corporate salary account relationships
  • Deepen existing corporate relationships to enhance business volumes
  • Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned
  • Conduct promotional and engagement activities within corporates
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system
  • Ensure compliance with KYC, SEBI, and other regulatory guidelines

Qualifications:

Graduate from a recognized university/institute
