Job Description:

Experience Requirement:

• Candidates must have 2 to 3 years of experience.
• Prior exposure to US Healthcare, Claims, Appeals & Grievances will be an added advantage.

Qualification:

Any graduate from any stream is eligible.

Industry Background:

• Experience in US Healthcare Payer Side is required.
• A mix of payer and provider background is acceptable.
• Only provider-side experience is not eligible.

Skill Requirements:

• Strong knowledge in Claims or Appeals & Grievances.
• Good communication and process understanding aligned with A&G operations.

Operational Details:

• Shift Timing: US Shift
• Working Days: 5 days working with 2 days week off
• Cab Facility: One-way drop available within a 30 km radius
