Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls related to airline services bookings, cancellations, rescheduling & general queries
- Deliver excellent customer experience ensuring First Call Resolution (FCR)
- Maintain professional communication and adhere to quality standards
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily KRAs & KPIs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduation Mandatory
- Excellent English Communication (spoken & written)
- Minimum 1 Year of BPO Experience (Domestic / International / Travel Process – Customer Service)
- Experience must be on paper

24*7 Rotational Shifts
Salary UPTO:
- 41,500 CTC per month (Approx. 4.9 LPA)
